During Lent, German monks would fast for forty days and brewed viscous, high-gravity beers to sustain them for this period. Our traditional doppelbock is "liquid bread", crafted with seven different malts for layers of bready, caramelly flavor combined with dried, raisiny dark fruits.

Strongbow Gold Apple Hard Cider
The only cider available at ARM & HAMMER Park. Strongbow Gold Apple is sweet and golden with a crisp kick, a hint of green apple, and a long, bittersweet finish.
Friendship and camaraderie: the two keys to any festive event. And then there’s the beer. It should be full-bodied, yet infinitely smooth. Seductively malty, with a kiss of the hops for balance. This is Festbier. Painstakingly crafted from German malts, decoction brewed for full flavor, and carefully aged for depth of character. Gather with your friends for a festive moment of Victory!
Southern Tier Harvest Ale
A celebration of the change of the seasons, a deeply comforting ale to usher in the sunset as the evenings get cooler. In salutation to that special moment in time when the year’s harvest is a gracious cornucopia before us, we brew a classic ESB. Harvest is brewed with a combination of fresh English hops, cracked barley, and hard work. This is a classic English style Extra Special Bitter of the highest order. Harvest’s deep ruby color envokes a bright autumn mountainside where a warm sweater, a good beer, and the gratitude for the seasons are all you need.
Boulevard Tank 7
This beautifully complex, straw-colored ale starts with a surge of fruity aromatics and big grapefruit hoppy notes, before tapering to a dry, peppery, lingering finsh.
Double Nickel Jetro NEIPA
Heavily oated NE IPA double dry hopped with Galaxy and Azacca
It’s the #1 wheat beer in Germany and one of the world’s favorites. In fact, beer experts call it a masterpiece. In developing this beer, the Paulaner brewmasters have perfected a unique technique with “yeast suspension,” resulting in a uniform, slightly cloudy appearance, consistent quality, and perfect taste.
